All meeting requests must be arranged in advance.
Bookings are confirmed once you receive written confirmation from our team.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.

3. Intellectual Property

All content produced by Aden Creative Media remains our intellectual property until full payment is received (if applicable).
Clients receive the agreed usage rights for final content once payment is complete.
We reserve the right to use selected works for our portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Website Use

You may not use our website for unlawful purposes.
Content on our site (including text, images, and graphics) may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we aim to provide accurate and reliable services, Aden Creative Media is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
